Whats up with parents and not let their kids have airsoft weapons?
I have about 20 and a pair of leaf springs for whats up with otherwise parents.I to their guns that kill people as its trigger. So you have an airsoft gun? Why else? (For a project Skool)
First, my Danny122 apologies to ... I hit the note on the wrong button. His response is better. I airsofting, and as he says, treat your airsoft gun as if it were a weapon real fire and use all safety equipment. I'm probably much older than you and has been fortunate to be raised with firearms and hunting. Probably sounds like a child poster for the NRA, but the fact of the matter is that you are those who come to defend our Constitution big, and there may come a time when you can only do that. Please do not. It sounds corny to you, but I have been in actual combat and weapons to be around when I was young made me more comfortable and in control using a weapon to defend our country. Yes, I have an airsoft gun (Classic Army M-15 AEG.) And I've participated in many fighting games. We win some and lose one, but not political coward manage our wars as they did in Vietnam.

Hiking/Backpacking headlamp styles?
I want to get my boyfriend a headlamp for night hiking/backpacking. I am unsure whether to go with the single band or the 3 point band style. I can't ask which he would prefer because it's to be a surprise. So, if anyone has any experience with the 2, which is more comfortable/stays in place better/etc? The 3 point style also has the battery compartment seperate from the light, creating 2 hard pieces instead of one.
I was all set to get the Petzl Tikka Plus (single band) but then I found a Princeton Tec Yukon for 1/2 price (3 point). Thanks for reading!
Petzl makes solid gear, I have used them for the last fifteen years or so, without complaint. For comfort, and function, I prefer the single band, aaa battery lamps, and I you really love him, get him one with 4 LEDS, I find the three LED lights to be lacking.
