Round Skirt
Beef Stroganoff with diced meat?
I'm making beef stroganoff tonight and wondered if the cubes of meat will be fine? I usually use skirt or round. Is it rare? Has anyone tried it? Simmer longer than usual?
I use more often or Chuck Steak for this dish, but you can use the meat you want and some people also use the burger. I only like dice sandwiches, but to each his own.
